Michigan Alumni Volunteer Event at Seattle Union Gospel Mission

When:
Sunday, February 23, 2020 - 4:00pm to 7:00pm
Description:

The Seattle Union Gospel Mission provides extensive 360-degree support and recovery services for homeless men, women, and children throughout King County. The downtown Men’s Shelter is located in an historic building near Pioneer Square. It’s what most people think of when they hear the words “Union Gospel Mission.”

This is one of many places where the Seattle Union Gospel Mission continues the work they’ve been doing for 86 years – and here is where they start with the basics of feeding and housing people in greatest need. They serve 3 Emergency Meals everyday and everyone is welcome for a meal!

Join their work and meet fellow local Michigan alums by volunteering to serve dinner at the Men’s Shelter on Sunday, February 23rd, 2020.

Space is limited to 15 spots, so sign up today! Email Naghma Husain at naghmah@gmail.com to sign up.

Please fill out a Union Gospel Mission Volunteer Profile before attending. Each participant must fill out a profile. Please use code UMAC.
